By accessing our website and engaging The home dekor’s & Sk interior for interior design services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide interior design consultation, 3D visualization, space planning, material selection, execution supervision, and project management services for residential and commercial properties.

The scope of work for each project is defined in a separate agreement or quotation document. Any work outside the agreed scope will be charged additionally and requires written approval.

Quotations are provided based on measurements, material selections, finish levels, and scope discussed at the time of quoting. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments, or if you request changes to materials, design, or scope after the quotation is accepted.

Payment is typically structured in milestones: design advance, execution start, mid-stage, and final handover. The exact schedule is specified in the project agreement.

Payments are due within 7 days of milestone completion. Delayed payments may result in work being paused until dues are cleared.

All payments are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Taxes will be added to the invoice as per prevailing rates.

Project timelines are estimated based on scope, material availability, and site readiness. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays caused by factors beyond our control — including but not limited to material shortages, labour unavailability, weather, or client-requested changes — are not our responsibility.

Any changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly, and revised schedules will be mutually agreed upon.

Provide accurate measurements, structural drawings, and site access during working hours.

Approve designs, materials, and layouts within agreed timelines to avoid project delays.

Ensure the site is ready for execution — including civil work completion, electrical points, and plumbing as per agreed drawings.

Make payments as per the agreed milestone schedule.

Each package includes a defined number of design revisions as specified in the quotation. Additional revisions beyond the included count will be charged at an hourly rate.

Design changes requested after execution has begun may incur additional costs for material reordering and rework.

We provide warranty coverage on workmanship and materials as specified in the project agreement. Warranty periods vary by item and finish tier.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, natural wear and tear, moisture, or alterations made by third parties.

If you wish to cancel the project, written notice must be given. Cancellation charges will apply based on the stage of work completed:

— Before execution begins: design fees and advance are non-refundable.

— During execution: payment for completed work and ordered materials is non-refundable. Any unspent advance may be refunded after deducting applicable charges.

All design drawings, 3D visualizations, concepts, and presentations created by us remain our intellectual property. You may not reuse, reproduce, or share these with third parties for execution without our written consent.

We may use project photographs and visualizations for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Our liability is limited to the value of the work agreed in the project contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for structural issues, pre-existing defects, or work performed by other contractors not engaged by us.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
